This mixed fruit frappe is so refreshing and light. I have it for breakfast, as a snack or for dinner. You know i love all things multi-functional 😉 I don’t appreciate the taste of raw bananas so i thought i would have a problem with this one, but it is so good, i give it all thumbs up!! I adapted it from the – Eat Well, Live Well With IBS Cookbook -. Made a few adjustments to my taste here and there.
- Soak the dried apricots in hot water for about 5 minutes to soften it.
- Chop it and blend with all ingredients for about 20 seconds.
*Fills about four 16 oz Mason Jars
